Product Information
The Contender™ Post-Op Elbow Brace from Corflex is a post-operative hinged elbow orthosis designed for a precise, comfortable fit with minimal setup time. The ZipTrak™ adjustment system allows overall length to be set in 1/8" increments from 14" to 19½", while the aluminum humeral, forearm, and wrist cuffs can be contoured by hand to match the patient's anatomy and reduce brace migration. A removable biceps cuff helps prevent incision site irritation and allows greater elbow flexion during rehabilitation.
The ROM hinge offers an 11-position drop lock ranging from -10° to 90° in 10° increments, with controlled range of motion available from -10° to 110°. Flexion and extension limits are set using finger-touch buttons and can be secured with the included FlexLok™ band. The QuikZip™ buckle system allows one-handed donning and doffing, and fabric-covered compression-molded pads help distribute pressure evenly across contact points. A padded cradle-style sling is included with every brace.
Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum uprights, nylon cuffs, and cross-linked high-density polyethylene foam padding with foam laminate strapping and nylon hook closures.
