The Breg ARC® 2.0 Under Arm Strap Kit is an optional accessory designed for use with the ARC® 2.0 Shoulder Brace (AE050400). The underarm strap routes under the arm to relieve pressure on the neck, making it especially beneficial for larger patients or those positioned in external rotation.

The universal sling design fits right or left and accommodates a range of patient types with a single brace. Available in one universal size. Moldable aluminum waistband reduces anterior migration common with shoulder braces. Positions in gunslinger, neutral plane, and external rotation. Universal sling folds to fit right or left arm across a range of body types. Pistol grip with quick-pull tabs keeps the arm from migrating forward out of the sling. One-hand buckles allow for easier patient reapplication. Optional underarm strap available to relieve neck pressure for larger patients or those in external rotation. Cold therapy cutout integrated into the sling. 2.0 moisture-wicking material moves moisture away from the skin for quick evaporation.
